Lets see but i dont think senators are dumb in these too , it took them that much time to CIR and its not that easy to pass something in the same class overnight yes we need to vigilent and if needed we can start our campaign rightly said , we need to keep friends close and enemies closer. I have heard about many COS applications getting approved, so you have a good chance.
The only thing I would recommend is make sure your H4 is valid for a relatively long time going forward. This will ensure that even if F1 COS does not get approved you atleast are in status throughou the process.
This is because sometimes the processs can take a long time eg. My spouse's COS from H4-F1 never got approved (name check etc etc took 2+ years), so we withdrew after the completion of the degree. Meanwhile the H4 had expired, creating complications.

I guess tricks isnt the best word to use, i have had photo courses, and have had the rule of thirds pounded into my head by many a teacher ;)
I'm more interested in the shortcuts and other features of the camera and settings. I know the basics of taking a good photo, but have a lot more practice.

Few months ago, my company filed for my 7th year extension and USCIS approved the extension for only 8 months instead of 1 year (my I-140 hadn't been approved yet). My lawyers contacted USCIS for clarification and we finally heard back from them. They say that the approval of 8 months is correct and gave no explanation for why it was not for 1 year (which I would have qualified for since my LC was approved when the extension was filed).
Has anyone else experienced a similar thing?

Well, One of the companies I worked in the past used Morganlewis's service and I heard good reviews. I dint know they attend to individual cases as well.

My job description is "xxx mathematician" on the I-140, but what I'm actually doing is developing and supporting scientific programs. The industry is not IT. If I switch back to IT, could it still be "similar job"?

I am about to file for my 7th year extension with I140 approval. My contract will be renewed with end client, every 6 months and they will not provide me with any client letter, basing on their HR policies. Even if the client gives a letter it will show only a contract for 6 months. Is this needed, that I should produce a client letter for 3 years? My concerns are
1. My primary concern is will the 6 months project length effect my extension for 3 years. Will they extension basing only on the length of the project.
2. Do I need to mention the project length in the letter given by my employer on behalf of client
3. what are the documents relating to client, needs to be submitted for the extension. (I will not be able to produce the client letter, as they are not willing to give)
4. Can I take a letter from vendor, who is in between my employer and the end client. What should be clearly stated in this vendor letter. Is this necessary to mention the project lenght in this letter.

Hi
I am applying for my change of status from h1b to Green card based on immediate relative who is spouce and a US citizen.
On the form 485 , to mentions the non traffic citations do I need to mention the following citation that I received last year.
1) Summary charge - Citation for Fishing without Fishing License in State of PA
2) Summary Charge - Citation for False statement to the park officer about possesion of the Fishing License.
Do I need to mention these citation when filing for form 485 ? (150$ fine)
Is this going to affect the Immigration application? (200$ fine)

2. Contract - Corp 2 Corp
3. Contract - Independent
4. Contract - W2
5. Contract to Hire - Corp 2 Corp/W2/Independent.
Can someone explain to me what these mean?
What are the differences with taxation perspective?
For someone on EAD, (for AC21), which employment type(s) are preferred?

If it is by and large the same business, their immigration lawyer will have to file some paperwork indicating the company has changed its structure and for the paperwork to be amend under the new name.
